Banner Guidelines
To help you avoid delays and have your final product meet your expectations please see the options below for your upload files.
Please note, large files over 5MB can take time to upload.
The best file to upload is a PDF (PDF/X-1a:2001) with high resolution images in the CMYK colour space with appropriate bleed and fonts converted to outlines. Please make sure the embedded photographs used have a resolution of 300 dpi.
72" x 36" Vinyl Banners
If you are going to upload photography or non-vector artwork (e.g., high-quality JPEGS), please make sure the resolution is 300 Pixels/Inch at 25% actual size (including bleed area)
or 75 Pixels/Inch at 100% actual size using the image size option in Photoshop.
Size including bleed: 74" x 38"
25% size: 18.5" H x 9.5" W at 300 ppi in a JPG format.
100% size 74" H x 38" W at 75 ppi in a JPG format.

144" x 48" Vinyl Banner
If you are going to upload photography or non-vector artwork (e.g., high-quality JPEGS), please make sure the resolution is 300 Pixels/Inch at 25% actual size (including bleed area) or 75 Pixels/Inch at 100% actual size using the image size option in Photoshop.
Size including bleed: 146" x 50"
25% size: 36.5" H x 12.5" W at 300 ppi in a JPG format.
100% size 146" H x 50" W at 75 ppi in a JPG format.

Premium Retractable Banner
If you are going to upload photography or non-vector artwork (e.g., high-quality JPEGS), please make sure the resolution is 300 Pixels/Inch at 25% actual size (including bleed area)
or 75 Pixels/Inch at 100% actual size using the image size option in Photoshop.
Provide the background image with bleed at either:
25% Size: 8.375" W x 21.1875" H at 300 ppi or
100% Size: 33.5" W x 84.75" H at 75 ppi in a JPG format.
